The program usually requires a minimum commitment of 6 months, with around 10 hours per week dedicated to defined tasks and projects. Please note that this is an unpaid program and participation requires signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
*Your main responsibilities:*
1.Support us in overseeing and improving the R&D process.
2.Perform research and market mapping to identify suitable labs and institutes.
3.Initiate connections and build communication with partners based on our project goals.
4.Prepare reports, documentation, and lab requests.
5.Support and coordinate project development with clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
*Your experience:*
1.Educational background in Material / Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry (Master’s or PhD students preferred).
2.A strong research mindset with analytical skills and ideally some experience in research projects.
3.Interest in greentech, sustainability, and circular economy.
4.Passion, curiosity, and a “not giving up” attitude that drives learning and problem-solving.
5.Fluency in English (German-advantage).
